
Applications for Planning Permission with Conservation Area Consent and Listed Building Consent have been submitted to Selby District Council for the partial conversion of an existing public house into five no., two-storey dwellings. The public house use will be retained to the front part of the Grade 2 Listed building, with the rear ancillary buildings sensitively converted with high-quality hard-paved private and semi-private spaces created for residents within the existing courtyard. A Full Planning Application has been submitted to Leeds City Council for the change of use from B1 (Business) to D1 (Non-Residential Institutions) of an office building in Armley, in order to create a new dental practice. The proposal requires no alterations to the external appearance of the recently constructed building, with internal alterations proposed to create four surgery rooms, two consulting rooms, two waiting rooms and associated office, staff and support spaces.
