The client purchased this property at an auction and contacted DMS Architecture to help maximise the GDV from his investment. We carried out a full measured survey of the property and had a scheme prepared for discussion before he exchanged contracts with the previous owner. Establishing the maximum number of units achievable was five we developed the proposals and submitted to planning. We also gained the other necessary statutory approval (building regulations – plans check) and went on to tender the project for the client.
